Fiscal Council

The supervisory board is a supervisory body independent of the board of directors,
which seeks, through the principles of transparency, equity and accountability,
contribute to the better performance of the Cooperative.
Coopprojirau's businesses are regularly and thoroughly inspected by the
fiscal council, which consists of three effective members and three alternate members
all cooperative members elected annually at the general meeting, and at their first meeting
the fiscal councilors will choose between themselves a secretary and a coordinator.
The good performance of the fiscal council members requires preparation (training course for tax advisor), proactivity and absence of personal interests, as well as
such as respect for the entrepreneurial vision of the board of directors.
